You guys. You are GOING to want to try this video. The great news is you can do it at home, you can do it at the gym, you can pretty much do it anywhere. Better yet, you don’t need any equipment at all! Of course, you can always add some equipment to enhance the workout and level up, but either way you will get a nice burn and a firm backside.
- 2, 3, or 5 pound ankle weights
- Medium-heavy dumbbells (I chose 15 pounds here)
- Booty band
