It’s been a minute since I’ve posted but I’m working on getting back on track. The good news? Now that I’m busier than ever, I’ve got more tips and tricks from my daily life to help you incorporate fitness into your life! The bad news? Well, I need to transfer that knowledge from my brain to this little website. 🙂 I’ll give you guys a full life update in another post soon, but I thought this one would be fitting right now as I will be spending LOTS of time in airports for the foreseeable future.
I filmed this video for you all during my last business trip. Whether you travel once a month or once a year, flying takes its toll on the body. While this is probably unavoidable, you can minimize the negatives effects with a little preparation. Besides drinking a TON of water, stretching will help bring some life to your limbs and reverse that blood flow. Watch the video below to try some of my favorites! All you need is yourself and maybe a wall. And maybe some sort of mat if you don’t like sitting directly on an airport floor. Ick.
